How Do We Evaluate Your Donations?
First of all, donations received are classified according to the intention based on the project. Expenses are used definitely for the project. All donations apart from the ones reserved as overhead expenses of the association are used for the project. If the project has not yet been realised or feasibility works are ongoing for it, then donations received for that project are kept at a separate bank account and is used in due time.
Expenses that remain within the scope of financial aids delivered to people in need, and all other projects are made upon approval of the commissions and Board of Directors after inquiries, preliminary preparations and projects. Documents, forms, proof of delivery, photographs, video records that verify activities and deeds are provided and filed.
